Death toll of American tourist visiting the Dominican Republic rises to 10

The death toll for tourist visiting the Dominican Republic has now risen to 10. Vittorio Caruso, 56, of Glen Cove, Long Island, died last week, after visiting the Dominican Republic.

According to Caruso's sister-in-law, he died from respiratory complications.

Dominican officials maintain that the deaths are isolated incidents despite some of the death having similar circumstances.
