Woman’s home shot after she wrote a bad restaurant review

A Florida man was arrested and charged with “shooting into a dwelling and abuse of a disabled adult” after he retaliated against a customer who wrote a bad review about his friend’s family restaurant. Norman Auvil, 42, of Orlando shot the home of Ken and Monica Walley. According to the Orange County Sheriff’s Office, it was an aggressive response to a negative Mrs. Walley had written about the Daybreak Diner after the restaurant refused to serve her disabled mother. This took place the same night the review was posted. According to the owner of the dinner, she said her business was “ruined” following the post.
