Harvey downgraded to Tropical Storm

Harvey has been downgraded to a tropical storm. Meanwhile Texas gets hit hard with it. Hurricane Harvey has taken the fame of the “most powerful hurricane to hit the United States in a decade”. At least one death has been reported and a there are at least a dozen injured in the city of Rockport, a coastal region in Texas where Hurricane Harvey reached a category 4 around 11 p.m. ET on Friday. There are currently at least 1000 people working on search and rescue operations in Rockport.
